the important thing here
is the spice
the meat’s a bit tough
but like anything else of this nature
we can make it do
if we cook it long enough

no it’s the spice we need to focus on
since this kind of stock is always
so very bland
that almost anything with flavor
will help
whatever is on hand

as for the rest
it’s all just one big whatever
as with most any soup or stew
our triggers trip as what we savor
can greatly differ
from me to you

for me i have a specific agenda
to give this meat some better use
a suggestion for something palatable
less horrific
and subject to abuse

so find that spice that moves you
gather goodies to make your day
just remember when your eating musk
that very act
is the most important part you play
